The Minister of MOHIA in Istanbul, Turkey met with the President of the World Union of Muslim Scholars

 Sheikh al-Hadith, Dr. Noor Muhammad Saqib, the Minister of MOHIA, met with Dr. Sheikh Ali Mohiuddin al-Qaradaghi, the President of the World Union of Muslim Scholars in Istanbul, Turkey after the conclusion of the consultative conference of Muslim scholars.

Initially, the Minister of MOHAI expressed appreciation to the aforementioned Union's President for sending a delegation to Afghanistan recently and called for further relations between the Union and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He also thanked the Union for its services in educational and scientific fields.

Dr. Sheikh Ali al-Qaradaghi then expressed delight at the presence of Dr. Noor Muhammad Saqib at the consultative conference of Muslim scholars and shed light on the Union's activities to the Minister of MOHIA. He mentioned that the Union has a large group of scholars worldwide and operates in over 90 countries, praising the presence of esteemed scholars in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He commended the Islamic Emirate's activities in religious and civil sectors and promised further cooperation to strengthen relations with the Islamic Emirate.

During this meeting, both sides discussed various topics and emphasized on enhancing religious and scientific cooperation between the Ministry of MOHIA and the Union of Muslim Scholars. They considered the role of Afghan scholars in the future of this Union as positive and influential.

Finally, Sheikh Noor Muhammad Saqib and Sheikh Ali al-Qaradaghi exchanged their scholarly works as gifts to each other.
