The Minister of MOHIA met with a delegation from the Directorate MOHIA of Kandahar Province.
On Thursday, 6th of Jumada al-Akhira, 1447 AH, corresponding to 6th of Qaws, 1404 the honorable Minister of MOHIA, Sheikh al-Hadith Dr. Noor Muhammad Shaqib, met with a delegation from the Directorate of MOHIA of Kandahar Province.
During this visit, the honorable minister evaluated the processes, activities, and administrative flow of the mentioned directorate in the areas of guidance, Hajj, and endowments. He also appreciated the efforts and services of the officials and employees in these sectors and provided necessary and comprehensive guidance and recommendations for improving, coordinating, and better organizing their work.
Furthermore, the honorable minister emphasized the importance of providing better services to fellow citizens, addressing their problems, and offering religious guidance through imams, speakers, and esteemed scholars in mosques and pulpits. He recognized their efforts in this valuable and significant area.
In addition, the honorable minister directed the relevant officials to implement the esteemed command of the Amir al-Mu'minin (may Allah protect him) regarding the initiation of the collection process for worn-out Qurans, torn religious books, and other sacred papers in Kandahar Province. He instructed them to raise public awareness through mosque sermons and Friday speeches and to take necessary actions to preserve and safeguard these documents in the designated location.
The honorable minister also listened to the requests and suggestions of the relevant officials and employees. To improve and expedite matters, he mentioned the need to provide a series of special facilities and essential resources for all official imams and speakers across the country as well as for the relevant managers in centers and districts of all provinces. He committed that with the implementation of these measures, their needs would be met, and better facilities would be provided for them
