The Ministry of MOHIA invites all eligible bidders to participate in the bidding process for the project of painting and crack repair of the Ministry's main building walls for the fiscal year 1404.

Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bidding document, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Law and Procedures of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, from the date of this announcement up to 21 calendar days.

Bidding documents can be obtained from the following address during official working hours via CD or flash drive:

The bid opening time and other details will be communicated to the bidders as per the instructions in the bidding documents.

Late submissions or online bids will not be accepted.

- Bid security: 21,000 Afghanis in the form of a bank guarantee.

- Eligibility criteria are specified in the bidding information sheet.

Note: In case of any discrepancy between the bidding document and this invitation, the text of the bidding document shall prevail.
